Traveling to northern Spain to Mello Yello
Actually, we are very close. An excellent infrastructure makes it easy to get here. The good thing is that you can reach us in Cantabria via many travel options: by plane, by bus, by train or by car. Others even walk. But only because they are on the Camino de Santiago and want to experience a completely different journey. Find out more about the possibilities and choose your option.
By airplane to Cantabria

Flying is, of course, still the fastest way to get here. From most European airports, the flight time to Northern Spain is about 2 hours. In most cases, the flight is even shorter. That's super fast and efficient. The closest airport to our Guesthouse is Santander Airport (SDR), which is about 40 minutes away. Bilbao Airport (BIO) is a 90-minute drive from our Guesthouse, which is still pretty convenient.
You can find cheap flights with Ryanair, Eurowings, Easyjet, Vueling, and sometimes even Lufthansa. You're also welcome to book an airport transfer with us.

Your holiday couldn't be more flexible. If you're planning a trip with a few people, driving here is the perfect choice. If you can share the driving, you'll be here quicker than you might think.

A bus trip to Northern Spain
Flixbus or Eurolines long-distance buses! If you choose to travel by bus, you are choosing the most environmentally friendly mode of transport. No other way of travelling has a better CO2 balance and Greta Thunberg will thank you for it! Travelling by bus means comfortable and convenient travel. In most cases, hand luggage and suitcases are included. In addition, you can choose your seat and enjoy free Wi-Fi. What airline can offer you that today, unless you fly Business Class?

By train to Cantabria
No traffic jams, no worries, no stress. Travelling by train is one of the most relaxing ways to get around. If you've ever experienced a long train journey, say, within Germany, you'll know exactly what we mean. So, why not take the train for your holiday? Just lean back and enjoy gliding along the tracks.
